How long does it take for my points to be available?
Your points should be available within a few hours of completing your action. If you experience delays, please contact us.
Do my points or discount codes expire?
Discount codes currently do not have an expiration date. However, points will expire 365 days after they are earned, so please use them in a timely manner to avoid any issues.
Can I transfer my points to another account?
No, points are non-transferable and must be used within the account they were earned.
Are the discount codes unique to my account?
Yes, each discount code is unique to your customer account and email. These codes cannot be shared or used by other customers.
Is there a minimum purchase required to use my discount code?

Can I use my discount code on subscription orders?
Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be used on subscription orders due to system limitations. We are working on updates to allow this in the future.
