Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Some orders may be subject to delays due to environmental factors (like weather), warehouse constraints (like labor unrest), or seasonal high volumes (like Christmas), which are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For USA domestic orders in the contiguous 48 states, we offer two shipping speeds for physical products (all values in $USD, and Days are business days):
- Standard (5-7 Business Days):
- Order values between $0.01 and $29.99 = $4.99
- Orders values above $30.00 qualify for free domestic (USA only) shipping
- Express (2-3 Business Days):
- Order values between $0.01 and $29.99 = $6.99
- Orders values above $30.00 = $8.99
For US domestic orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, we offer Standard shipping only and transit times may take upwards of 10-12 business days:
- Order values between $0.01 and $20.00 = $7.99 USD
- Order values between $20.01 and $40.00 = $9.99 USD
- Order values between $40.01 and greater = $14.99 USD

Local delivery
We do not offer local delivery.
In-store pickup
We do not offer in-store pickup.
International Shipping
Select countries such as Australia, Canada, United Kingdom and certain European countries (including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain) may qualify for international shipping.
Please enter the international shipping address during the checkout process to see if your country is supported. Shipping fees are calculated by size and weight and converted to local currency.
The customer is responsible for any and all additional fees, duties, or taxes collected by local authorities in relation to the importation of products. These are in addition to shipping fees.
Processing and transit times for international orders can vary and may take significantly longer then domestic US orders - upwards of 21 days. International shipping and processing times vary greatly, depending on time of year, customs clearance delays, quantity of items ordered, and other factors - we apologize for any delays, which are out of our control.
We recommend customers do not order a large number of the same item, as some countries will reject orders greater than a three month supply, suggesting the items may be for resale. Larger orders may also be subject to significant customs fees or other import duties - these are completely out of our control and vary by country.

Please note, free shipping thresholds and shipping discount codes are not applicable to international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@naturalcurelabs.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
P.O. Box address are carrier constrained - that is, we are limited to using USPS to shop to P.O. Boxes. Shipping speeds to P.O. Boxes may be longer than normal given this constraint.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and accept domestic returns up to 60 days after delivery of your product. If your product didn't work out for you, we'll work with you on an exchange or refund so that you are happy. We reserve the right to withhold restocking and shipping costs for any returns. We regret that international orders cannot be returned.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@naturalcurelabs.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
